Since 2014, we have been planting seeds to grow healthy communities, starting with the youth of the Detroit Metropolitan Area.  We all have a role to play in the success of future generations.  At BTR Solutions, our charge is to provide life changing experiences to young people who will then grow up to make a positive impact on their neighborhoods.  We strongly believe that dreaming of "different" is easier when you see that it exists.  It is important that all organizations look for opportunities to partner and work toward nurturing the these seeds to healthy maturity, reaping the benefits for many generations to come.  

Our Mission

The mission of BTR is to instill the importance of a goal driven lifestyle by being a conduit for necessary information, resources, and enriching experiences, producing successful, productive adults in every community.  

What We've Achieved

  • We have facilitated The High School Leadership Workshop Series to over 1200 students in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.

  • Since March 2017 we have piloted our Grow Green, Live Clean program at the Detroit Institute of Technology- Detroit Cody. This engagement has been key to introducing students to healthy fresh produce, and making them aware of career options in agriculture.

  • We continually produce nutritious food at local schools through the Grow Green Live Clean Program. We introduce students to healthy vegetable options and teach them how to grow them.

  • BTR has successfully developed and executed workshops to combat social pitfalls that may deter students from reaching their educational and career goals.

  • Facilitated for the "9 Values of Jackie Robinson".

  • Provided Google Classroom and Applications training to educators focusing on classroom management, and to enhance communication and collaboration between administration, staff, parents, and students.
